Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and we cannot guarantee that your chosen ride is not already full. 
The Booking Confirmation, will be sent to you by e-mail or phone . If you do not receive Booking Confirmation within 24 hours of placing the booking, please contact us .
Horses are selected according to the riders age, experience and weight. Please look in your junk mail as our reply sometimes goes there.
A weight restriction of 100kg applies.

We accept payment by cash or card, please note that we do not accept credit card payments under $10.00.

Certain conditions apply

  • Kindly note that we prepare the horses for you prior to the ride and arrange staff. Refunds are not considered for 'change of mind'.
  • Weather conditions may result in cancellation by us at our discretion. In such a case there will be no charge.
  • Safety is paramount and horses are matched to riders based on ability and experience.
  • For your comfort and protection we advise you to wear long pants and closed shoes with a heel.
  • Nervous or first time riders please discuss any concerns prior to commitment.
  • Riders, are required to sign the waiver to ride forms. Parents/guardians need to sign on behalf of persons under 18 years of age.
  • Sorry, No dogs are allowed.
  • All customers are also recommended to have in place full private health insurance and personal income protection prior to participation.
  • Also riders are required to sign into a QR CODE  due to the current world crisis with covid.
