Frequently asked questions
Do we need to have any riding experience?
No experience necessary, but to pair you with the right horse we need a few details such as- Weight, Experience (if any) and age.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes there is. Our weight limit is 100kg for the bush and the beach is 90kg for the safety of the horses.
Are you open public holidays?
Yes we are except Christmas day.
Do we offer refunds?
No we don't, but we do offer a credit for a later date if the cancelation was due to weather or an unforeseen circumstance.
Can my child ride on the horse with me?
NO! for safety reasons only 1 person in the saddle.
When should I arrive?
You should arrive 15 min prior to the lesson or kids club
What do I wear?
Enclosed shoes, long pants and a jumper if the weather is cold because you will be going through the forest.
